MrFO Investor Community – Terms and Conditions

1.Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the MrFO Investor Community, operated by MFO Connect Limited (Certificate No. 77235438-000-10-24-7), with its registered address at Suite C, Level 7, World Trust Tower, 50 Stanley Street, Central, Hong Kong (“MFO Connect”, “we”, or “us”). By accessing or using our services—including reading our deal-related emails, participating in investor communications, or submitting opportunities—you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2.Nature of the Service
MFO Connect operates the MrFO Investor Community to share information on investment opportunities (“Deals”) by email or other private channels with accredited investors. (1) We do not recommend, advise, or endorse any particular Deal. (2) We do not conduct due diligence or verify the accuracy of information provided. (3) All investment decisions are solely your responsibility.

3.No Investment Advice or Offer
You must seek your own professional advice and perform your own due diligence before engaging in any opportunity. Information shared through the MrFO Investor Community does not constitute: (1) An offer or solicitation to buy or sell securities, (2) Legal, tax, or investment advice, or (3) A recommendation to invest.

4.Risk Acknowledgement
All investments carry risk. By participating in the community: (1) You accept full responsibility for any investment you make. (2) MFO Connect is not liable for any losses, whether direct or indirect, arising from any Deal shared. (3) You confirm you are a professional or qualified investor, capable of evaluating investment risks.

5.Deal Submissions
Community members may submit Deals to be shared by MFO Connect. (1) All submitted Deals are reviewed by MFO Connect before distribution. (2) MFO Connect may accept or reject any submission at its sole discretion. (3) You confirm you are authorized to submit the information and that it is accurate and lawful.

6.Fees and Disclosures
MFO Connect may receive payment from Deal sponsors or external parties in connection with a Deal. Where this is the case, we will disclose it to the investor by email or related materials.

7.Confidentiality and Use of Information
All Deal materials and data shared with you are confidential and for your internal use only. You agree not to: (1) Re-distribute, publish, or share these materials publicly or with third parties, or (2)
Use the information in breach of applicable laws or regulations.

8.Eligibility
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you are an accredited investor. We reserve the right to approve or remove members at our discretion.You must be: (1) At least 18 years of age, and (2) An accredited investor, qualified under the laws of your local jurisdiction (including, where applicable, the definitions provided by the U.S. SEC, the UK FCA, the SFC in Hong Kong, or equivalent bodies in your country).

9.Limitation of Liability
MFO Connect shall not be liable for: (1) Any loss or damages, including third-party claim, from your participation in any Deal, (2) Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in Deal materials, or (3) Any reliance you place on third-party information shared.

10.Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the MrFO Investor Community after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

11.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
